I have a book here that covers that same photographic point of view of the civil war -- how different it is, and was, for two of the communities. (There are more than two, actually).

However this crisis is very different. The feeling I get is that it is uniting the Lebanese. All are all grieving for the indiscriminate loss of lives (especially the heavy toll on children) and bombing of their hard-won rebuilt infrastructure.

I believe in Lebanon's resiliance and determination. This time will pass and Lebanese life will be good once more.
