Here it is Hannah, just for you! My mailbox is pretty plain compared to Everything Hannah's recent post, and I can see that it needs a little creative work.
Fabulous!! Hannah says, "Hey, there is someone down the street that has the same mailbox and that the other box next to it, but its orange...":) I love this part... the world doesnt feel so big when we find similarities from a far. Thanks for sharing!!
It may be plain, but I know what trouble you had with other mailboxes in the past. As a matter of fact, my poor mailbox has had one episode of the baseball bat vandals too. I really think it would be interesting to make one out of lead or 1 inch steel, but that looks like a regular mailbox. ~evil laugh~
Debi you are a cruel woman. LOL I love these mailboxes. We have such trouble with our dreadful arrangements. Luckily in Devon the postman opens the door and puts the stuff in - I even had one postman walk in and come looking for me to sign for something.
Rima, what an imagination you have. Yes it sure does. Well, the plastic box is there for a reason. After loosing 5 or 6 to vandals and the Sheriff calling us after about a year and asking "did ya ever find out who tore up your mailbox?". I have envisioned all sorts of revengeful mailboxes most of which I don't dare tell here. Since we went to plastic the end has come to the vandalizing...for now.

I love these pictures of mailboxes on the different blogs. This one looks like a mother and child slightly leaning on her.
