I followed Sue O'kieffe's Photoshop Layer Mask Tutuorial and am amazed to be able to move Eliza to a different scene. While it is not perfect, it demonstrates that even moi can do this tutorial. Thank you Sue! You are wonderful!
if it weren't so late, I'd be screaming my head off! know what? I think I will after all... YAAAAY! WOOOWWW! WOOHOO! Look at you, such a poet with the mouse! Absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous, gorgeous image - I want to be this Eliza at this precise moment...
You did a great job on that one Bobbie. I seem to be surrounded by very talented people. I can't stand it! I must learn to do these things myself, but I am having irrational fears of layering and masks. It gives me anxiety!
Yes, Eliza in paradise! I sometimes feel a bit sorry for her, all the things which are done to her, sometimes put into little bits in undeniably lovely patterns, but not this time LOL
Thanks to Sue -- and Rima for getting the word out -- for that tutorial. I haven't done it myself yet, but I see its value and even better, I see something WONDERFUL you did with the knowledge. Beautiful, Mom!
Ohhh! This truly brilliant! I love her placement. It is as if she is going toward the sunset (well not THAT sunset!). I mean, I can almost smell the evening air and feel the sand...Amazing!!
Bobbie, I came back again to see your beautiful creation - it's something else, that mood, the way you've captured the feel of a seaside sunset, I could stare at it for hours, and get happily lost in this moment in time. It really, really speaks to me and makes me long to live along the seashore even more. You really did a marvelous job here.
